botulism comes from feces in meat and other organic products, and the alcohol in the wine, all be it being 12% average, is enough to kill almost anything

I think you can …
I think you can have issues with foods you can if your not careful. I have never heard of any issue like that with wine from hese kits. The worst I have heard is that your wine doesn’t turn out if you don’t sanitize.
Alchol is used to clean and sterilize all sorts of things. The alcohol kills any bacteria if any exists.

Hey guys nice video …
Hey guys nice video. My wife and I just bottled a French trinity of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre. A more expensive kit that comes with a crushed grape pak. If you like a dry red I would recommend it, still needs to age, but my gosh does it have the body and already tastes great. Cheers !!
