You can’t really … You can’t really explain the entire wine making process in a 6 min. video.
Besides, making 150 bottles is in no way mass producing wine. This is pretty normal for someone making wine at home. Unless you are looking for a 2 step process for making wine, which I do think you can find on YouTube.
